My uncle has informed me of his progress with a new model of airship. Unfortunately he hadn't been able to study the Invincible much before it was destroyed, but he recently made a breakthrough - he believes he will be able to design and build a new airship that can travel to different worlds! It will take time, but that doesn't even matter right now, we're so excited!
I am terribly sorry for disappearing these past few weeks. The time just flew by while in Lindblum it seems...it's good to be back. Have I missed anything important? I hope you're all in good fortune.
Zidane, perhaps we could catch up with lunch together? I missed you so much, love.
I'm sorry my friends, but I'm afraid I'll be leaving for some time and won't be able to access the community. Uncle Regent Cid of Lindblum has some urgent matters to discuss, and wishes me to go to Lindblum immediately. I don't know what it's about, nor do I know how long it will take.
Again, my apologies. Farewell until the next time!
Haku, I'm sorry I wasn't able to follow-up with you sooner, but I wanted to make sure you're recovering. Are things going well? How are you? If you need anything, do not hesitate for a second to ask.
[LOCKED TO ZIDANE - UNHACKABLE] Zidane? You seem troubled lately. Is there something wrong? Are you...disliking life in the castle?
((OOC: She's just anxious about pleasing him and changing his life so much and all.))
My apologies for not having made contact with the community for some time. It's been rather hectic, as wedding preparations have taken up much of my spare time - not that I have any regrets about that. I'm so excited..! Really, I think the entire city is growing more enthusiastic about the wedding with each passing day.
Speaking of excitement, the community seems abuzz with it. I hope things are going well (and that I haven't missed anything too big). Haku, Zabuza, I also hope you're adjusting to Alexandria all right.
Oh, Zidane? I imagine we'll be making an open invitation to DramaDramaDuck for the wedding, but there are a few people I will want to personally invite - is there anyone you'd like to do the same for?
((OOC: I'll be NPCing Beatrix for this, because I don't think Alexandria's Queen would wait all on her own to greet otherworldly-visitors.))
After making one last check of the two new bedrooms herself, the queen made her way to the royal garden, where she had instructed Haku to appear when he worldhopped. Nervousness mixed with excitement; she would be hosting two warriors from another world. It was exhilarating! Of course, Garnet was ready at any time to provide tours of the castle and town (with a few guards if need be), and the staff was poised at the ready.
Thus Garnet sat on a stone bench in the garden with Beatrix standing ready at her side. The castle guard were doing their usual rounds (so they'll be passing by). Beatrix was more apprehensive about the idea and didn't quite understand it herself, but it was her duty to aide and protect the queen.
Although it pained her to leave Black Mage Village even for a few days, Queen Garnet had to return to Alexandria to care for a few urgent matters in her kingdom. Having almost finished them, she decided to get some air and take a walk around the grounds. With so much on her mind, walking off some of her anxiety seemed like a good idea. Eventually she wandered near the infirmary, and nostalgia struck her. It was there that she first spoke with Ryuuzaki after his mysterious appearance, and from there...
How long ago was it that Ryuuzaki and Rue appeared in the castle? Was this really the beginning of the chain of tragedies that struck the community? Such strange circumstances...
Garnet shook her head and walked by the infirmary, stepping outside and sitting near the doors. There, she became lost in thought.
((OOC: Short but sweet. Let the resurrection of Haku begin!))
